Warranty Policy

All sales are final. Toren Partners, LLC  provides a one (1) year limited warranty that all Toren Partners, LLC product(s) sold will be free of defects in manufacturing, or in material and/or workmanship and will perform as per the manufactures original specifications when the product(s) is used under normal working conditions, the use is not abusive and the product has been properly maintained. Any damage to Toren Partners, LLC  product(s) as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, an accident, improper installation, fire, water, repairs by persons other than the manufacturer will void this warranty. The warranty period will be (one) 1 year from the purchase date. The customer is expected to be able to provide proof of purchase at the time a warranty claim is made. All returns of product(s) will be addressed as per Toren Partners, LLC Return Policy.

Return Policy

Toren Partners, LLC will provide a replacement or repair as per the following guidelines below.

1. If Customer finds that  Toren Partners, LLC product(s) is defective within the first ninety (90) days of retail purchase, then Toren Partners, LLC will provide a replacement unit at no cost to the customer.

2. If Customer finds Toren Partners, LLC product defective after ninety (90) days of retail purchase, then Toren Partners, LLC will repair the product at no cost to the customer. If repairs not possible, Toren Partners, LLC will replace the product.

3. The Customer shall be responsible for returning defective Toren Partners, LLC product(s) to Toren Partners, LLC at its West Springfield, MA location, transportation charge prepaid and the product(s) will be replaced or repaired and returned at no charge only pursuant to this warranty. The customer must call first to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to returning any product.

THIS CONSTITUTES THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY Toren Partners, LLC EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF, HEREIN, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Toren Partners, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND DISTRIBUTOR'S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING UNITS OR PARTS.
